Give Jones his glory, like Malik

THE implication of Shoaib Malik becoming Pakistan’s highest T20 run scorer is that the matches against a World XI must have had official status.
So, to be consistent, should not the ICC declare that the 1970 England series against the Rest of the World as being fully-fledged Test matches?
After all they were thought to be so at the time, with Glamorgan’s Alan Jones getting his cap in the process.
