THE ENGLAND women’s cricket team are very much in the midst of the calm before the storm.
The side recently returned to training ahead of the Women’s World T20 tournament in the Caribbean, which gets underway in November, and are eagerly awaiting the squad announcement.
England were eliminated by Australia at the semi-final stage last time out in 2014, but confidence is high following their triumph at the World Cup last year on home soil.
