As hard as it is to learn anything from a series that was such a mismatch, England were at least able to get a look at their new inclusions – and they definitely delivered.
I thought the three bowlers, Em Arlott, Linsey Smith in a full role rather than being Sophie Ecclestone’s understudy, and Issy Wong brought so much energy, and bowled really well.
They certainly added big time in the fielding department, especially Linsey with her ability to sweep up the twos, put in dives on the boundary and pop off throws really quickly.
