IRELAND MADE history in Belfast, defeating India for the first time in a T20I, toppling the reigning world champions by 34 runs.
Losing the toss and being inserted, Ireland made 182-9 in their 20 overs. Captain Lorcan Tucker led the way with 50 from 36 balls, while Gareth Delany made 49 off 32 at No.6, the pair adding 64 for the fifth wicket.
