RICHARD Johnson may still be recovering from the shock of his boss’ departure but has been told by Middlesex he’s in the running to be made permanent head coach after taking on the role on an interim basis last week.
Former head coach Richard Scott left his position at the start of the month after being appointed during the summer of 2009 and winning the Division Two title in 2011.
