FORMER ENGLAND star and Ashes winner Ian Bell made a surprise appearance for Knowle & Dorridge 4XI against Attock in the Warwickshire County League, lining up alongside his 12-year-old son Joseph.
Bell, 43, came in at No.7 and was dismissed for just 3, caught by Mohammed Fiaz off Uzair Khan. Bell junior made a duck.
Knowle & Dorridge were all out for 158, Attock chasing down their target seven wickets down. Bell did not bowl, but took a catch, while Joseph finished with tidy figures of 0-8...
