Gritty Ireland give Bracewell farewell victo

AFGHANISTAN vIRELAND ODI ROUND-UP
FOUR George Dockrell wickets completed a triumphant comeback by Ireland in their ODI series against Afghanistan in Sharjah.
The former Somerset leftarm spinner claimed 4-28 in taking care of the hosts’ middle-order, as Afghanistan laboured to 177 all out.
Ireland opener Paul Stirling would prove to be the man of the match, however, with his century wrapping up the series victory with 72 balls to spare in the chase.
Stirling praised the character of his team-mates in turning the tour on its head to win the decider.
