GRANTHAM had to miss out on the Lincolnshire Winkworth Cup finals day due to a Covid outbreak in the camp.
A significant number of players were forced to isolate following a positive test in the Grantham ranks.
First-team training was also cancelled in the week leading up to the finals.
The finals day is normally contested between four teams, but this year the format had to be altered with Bourne, Bracebridge Heath and Lincoln Lindum instead competing in a one-day triangular series.
