Unfair: Jofra Archer

THE ECB are beginning to make me feel a little riled as is their prerogative, seemingly.
Reading your front page story last week where Tom Curran was defending his place in the England ODI squad ahead of Jofra Archer suggests it isn’t the best preparation for the World Cup. And it’s all because the ECB shepherded in new residency rules as late as last November so they can have Jofra Archer involved.
Archer has been on the ones-to-watch radar for the past two years, so why did it take Colin Graves et al so long to implement the rule?
