The Cricket Paper asked me to pick my all-time XI for English domestic cricket and it’s been a lot of fun… but also a serious headache!
I was sure I’d be including my old teammates Daniel Bell-Drummond and Joe Denly at the top of the order, but then how do you leave out Luke Wright or Alex Hales? These guys have plundered thousands of runs at strike-rates around the 150-mark. I’m not a massive stats fan but there’s certain things you can’t ignore.
