THE NEW European T20 League kicked off on Wednesday as the Rotterdam Dockers claimed victory over the Amsterdam Flames. Faf du Plessis starred for the Dockers finishing on an unbeaten 83 comfortably chasing 157 in the all-Netherlands clash. In Ireland, skipper Glenn Maxwell scored 60 taking his side the Belfast Wolves to a win over Ravichandran Ashwin’s Dublin Guardians. While in Scotland, Trent Boult took five wickets to see Edinburgh to a simple victory over Glasgow in the Scottish showdown.
