IN BRADFORD, Pudsey St Lawrence took the spoils in the Pudsey derby after thrashing Pudsey Congs by 170 runs. There were half-centuries for Archie Phillipson (77), Ankit Sharma (55 not out) and Archie Scott (50) in St Lawrence’s total of 289 before Sharma bagged 4-24 with his left-arm spin to bowl Congs out for 119.
Both Hyde and Lindow are three from three in Cheshire after defeating Neston and Timperley respectively. It was a day to remember for Hyde’s Luke Young who took 5-49 and scored 118, while Dan Newton scored 100 and took 3-74 for Lindow.
