NO team in the country timed their title challenge better than Kibworth, who made a dismal start but went on a 14-game winning spree to claim Leicestershire Premier League glory on final day.
The Midlands outfit lost their first three games of the season before a stunning resurgence led them to a trophy treble, including wins in their local T20 competition and Leicestershire League Cup.
Remarkably, Kibworth only led the league for ten days of the five-month season after leaders Lutterworth slipped up in their penultimate game.
