Alderley Edge take Cheshire League by one point

Despite a 96-run loss to Grappenhall, Alderley Edge picked up the bonus points they needed to take the Cheshire County League by one point and deny Didsbury back-toback titles. It’s Alderley’s first title since 2016, while the result condemned Didsbury to a second runners-up place finish in three seasons, having also finished bridesmaids in 2021.
