Blow: Jofra Archer is ruled out for 2021
FORMER England captain Alastair Cook admits Jofra Archer will have fears for his future after the fast bowler was ruled out for the rest of 2021.
The 26-year-old will miss the T20 World Cup in Asia in October and the Ashes Down Under from December to January after a stress fracture in his right elbow.
He will take an extended break from cricket, with the injury due to be reviewed in the autumn. Even when Archer is fit, it will be for a period of white-ball cricket so his progress can be managed.
