IT IS almost a year since England booted South Africa out of the World Cup but Dane van Niekerk’s side finally got revenge with a seven-wicket win in the first clash of the three-match one-day series.
The drama that took place at Lord’s last summer, when England beat India in the final, has overshadowed England’s nervy two-wicket win against South Africa in the semi-finals.
