MARK Ramprakash says he does not want to be “pigeonholed as a Test match batting coach” in the wake of his sacking as England’s batting coach this week.
The 49-year-old former Middlesex and Surrey player revealed via Twitter that he would not be involved in this summer’s Ashes after being told by new director of England cricket Ashley Giles that his five years in the role was being brought to an early end.
