Finch’s men keep heat on

VICTORIA’S season has come full circle after languishing at the bottom of the Sheffield Shield table to now leading the contenders hoping to upset runaway leaders Queensland in the final.
Aaron Finch’s side crushed Western Australia by 255 runs thanks in part to Chris Tremain’s first 10- wicket haul of his career.
That victory left Victoria top until Queensland moved back above them, beating Southern Australia by 41 runs after setting them 384 to win.
Emerging pace bowler Brendan Doggett took 5-77.
Rain forced NSW and Tasmania to settle for a draw.
