CAPTAIN Tom Abell believes Somerset’s breakthrough victory in the One-Day Cup final will begin a new era of success for the county.
Somerset beat last season’s champions Hampshire by six wickets on Saturday to win their first trophy since 2005 – during which time they have finished as runners-up on ten occasions across different formats.
