AFTER four-and-a-half years in charge, Trevor Bayliss will leave his job as England coach with no regrets but a strong message for administrators to restructure county cricket in order to get the best out of the Test team in future.
The Australian has had standout moments in Test cricket – notably the 2015 home Ashes win and a 2-1 series win in South Africa the following winter.
