WARWICKSHIRE and England pace bowler Olly Stone has been backed to get “stronger and fitter than ever” after being ruled out for the rest of the season.
Stone was selected in England’s initial Ashes squad but now won’t play again this campaign after suffering a recurrence of the back problem that he picked up while on duty with England in the Caribbean last winter.
