Oil protest brings Lord’s Test to a halt

The Lord's Ashes Test was just one over old when, with Stuart Broad limbering up at the Nursery End, when from the Grandstand two men armed with orange powder came tearing onto the hallowed turf intent upon reaching the pitch.
The protestors, members of the environmental activist group Just Stop Oil, were confronted by the players, with Ben Stokes and David Warner warding off one of them and Jonny Bairstow picking up the other and carrying him off the ground.
