RASHID KHAN has signed a contract extention to be available for all 14 of Sussex Sharks’ Vitality Blast group matches.
The Afghan leg-spinner and world’s number one T20 bowler was initially signed for the first half of the Sharks’ south group campaign.
That would have made Wednesday night’s fixture against Gloucestershire his last appearance for the club.
But the 19-year-old’s withdrawal from the Caribbean Premier League has freed him up to play Sussex’s seven remaining group games, including a further four matches at Hove.
