Durham made it four wins in five matches after sweeping aside Gloucestershire last week at Bristol with New Zealand off-spinner Ajaz Patel taking 10 match wickets on debut, writes BENJ MOOREHEAD.
Graham Clark and Michael Jones both hit hundreds for the visitors as winless Gloucestershire were well beaten, despite Australian Test opener Marcus carrying his bat for 122 on the final day to follow up his first-innings fifty.
As a result, Durham will have clear daylight between themselves and the rest when the red-ball season resumes next month.
