NORTHAMPTONSHIRE will be keen to pick up from where they left off in Division Two of the County Championship when they welcome Worcestershire to the County Ground.
Temba Bavuma’s heroic 134, along with a ruthless bowling performance, ensured Northants claimed a fine 72-run triumph over Derbyshire in their last redball encounter.
The result, which was achieved inside three days at Queen’s Park as Luke Procter picked up figures of 4-26 in the second innings, was Northants’ second league win of the season.
