DAWID Malan made his highest score since 2015 to salvage a draw for Middlesex at Wantage Road and remind the England selectors of his talent.
Arriving at 10-2 with Middlesex following-on still 164 runs behind, Malan’s 160, his second-highest first-class score, guided his side in century stands for the third and fourth wickets to make certain that Stuart Law’s tenure as head coach did not begin with defeat.
