SKIPPER Joe Leach says Worcestershire have no need to panic after their rocky start to the season which includes an embarrassing innings and 41 runs defeat against Nottinghamshire.
After leading his side to the Division Two title last year, they have started this term with disappointing defeats at Hampshire and Somerset and a crushing home reversal at the hands of rampant Notts who were also promoted last year.
