THERE will be plenty of interested parties watching the action at Lord’s closely should Tom Barber make his County Championship debut against Glamorgan. Not least, a selector or two looking to unearth a cutting edge for England.
Barber, 23, released from Hampshire in 2015, has taken a circuitous route back to the top, taking in Dorset and MCC Young Cricketers before signing his first deal with Middlesex 12 months ago.
