What does your job entail?
In a nutshell, it’s getting more disabled people playing the great game.
The last six to nine months, it’s been looking at forming a new strategy. We want to take the new game-wide strategy of inspiring generations from 2020 to 2025 and looking at how best we support that across the disability network.
I also work closely with the network, the county cricket boards and our various partners like Blind Cricket England and Wales and various other groups, disability leagues and our work in schools and the Lord’s Taverners to make ...
