Good attitude: Ricardo Vasconcelos has impressed Northants staff

BEN Duckett will be able to concentrate 100 per cent on his batting again this summer following Northamptonshire’s capture of a back-up keeper in Ricardo Vasconcelos.
South African Vasconcelos, 20, who initiated the deal, qualifies as a domestic player through his Portuguese passport and will provide cover for Adam Rossington behind the stumps.
And Northants head coach David Ripley revealed that the county are happy to have Duckett focused solely on scoring runs.
