Nancy Harman surprised even herself with her breakthrough 2017 for Sussex – and now the 18-year-old is working hard to make sure there is no second-season syndrome.
The Sussex leg-spinner has gone back to the drawing board, remodelling her action with the assistance of former England star Salliann Briggs up at Loughborough.
Harman is in her first year at university there, and the former Brighton College pupil has already set her sights high for this coming summer.
