WILL SMITH is backing Durham’s next generation to battle the odds in the same fashion the county has tackled adversity since their entry into the county game in 1992.
Durham finished second from bottom in Division Two of the County Championship last season after suffering a 48-point deduction the previous year as the result of being forced to accept an ECB bailout.
