A BIT of heat in winter is something that most of us have craved at some point, although perhaps not the scorching temperatures on offer in Sydney last weekend.
So, Derbyshire’s Alex Hughes counted himself as one of the lucky ones when he stepped into a pod heated to 37 degrees Celsius for a spot of yoga.
