THE mix of players and ambitions found inside a second XI dressing room is something Leicestershire’s Will Fazakerley knows well.
The all-rounder was an academy player pushing for a first professional contract 12 months ago before signing on the dotted line in the winter.
Now a full-time cricketer, he’s hoping to use second XI cricket alongside the likes of Ben Raine, Charlie Shreck and Paul Horton, to plot a route into the Foxes’ first team.
