MO Bobat, England men’s performance director, will leave his role to become Royal Challengers Bangalore’s new director of cricket operations. Bobat joined the ECB in 2011 and has spent the last four years in his current position. He will depart the governing body next February ahead of the next IPL season, joining forces with former England head coach Andy Flower, now men’s head coach of the franchise side.
