Barnard is still hurting from a Bears’ bashing

LOSING a semi-final is always a bitter pill to swallow, so when The Cricket Paper caught up with Warwickshire’s Ed Barnard the day after a crushing nine wicket Metro Bank One Day Cup defeat to Hampshire, the pain was still raw. “It was such a disappointing day after having such a successful group stage campaign,” the 27-year-old all-rounder said. “It was one of those days which can happen in cricket.
