I’VE been Leicestershire head coach for over a week now, and the job has been great so far. There haven’t been any real surprises as yet, and I’m loving being involved with a county so close to my heart.
This week is all about getting to know people. I’ve been finding out about our player pathways with all the academy players and building relationships within the club, from the receptionist through to the physio. I’m able to go more in depth having more time and the resources to do so.
