Does new T20 spell the end for tourists?

NOW that the ECB’s proposed new Twenty 20 competition has effectively been given the go-ahead, will this mean the end of touring teams visting the counties and helping to promote the sport globally?
The proposed schedule for the year 2020 is for four contiguous blocks comprising County Championship Cricket; Twenty 20 Blast; ECB Twenty 20; County Championship Cricket.
Assuming a touring team (there may be more than one per season) wants to play ‘warm-up’ matches, then the scheduling of these will be dictated by their international schedule.
