The return of the One-Day Cup this week stirs some happy memories from last year. Having previously lost three Lord’s finals, I must say that I was relieved when I saw that last year’s final was at Trent Bridge. Fourth time lucky, surely? And so it came to be! That was some way to bow out as a Kent cricketer.
