Double doubles in Ventnor rout

A DOUBLE century in a club match is a pretty rare feat – but how about two not in just the same match, but the same innings? Well, that’s exactly what happened in Ventnor CC’s 2nd XI clash with Emsworth in Division Four South of the Hampshire Cricket League. James Cheek smashed 209 and Mark Blackman an unbeaten 204 as the Isle of Wight side amassed 464-2 from their 45 overs, sharing a magnificent 365 partnership for the second wicket.
