ORRELL Red Triangle announced their decision to suspend all club activity following several confirmed Covid-19 cases.Covid-19 has spiked in Wigan since the start of June, with the number of new cases rising from 2,473 on June 1 to 22,515 on July 1.Liverpool and District League side Orrell’s announcement was made on June 25 and meant that all games and training sessions from that date until July 2 were cancelled, while the clubhouse also remained closed.A club statement posted on Twitter said: “Following a large number of confirmed Covid-19 cases and with large numbers...
