PONTBLYDDYN missed the chance to secure a vital win to ease their relegation fears – as an impressive bowling performance by Pwllheli reduced them from 130-3 to 161 all out in their chase of 188.
Morgan Murray-Williams and Tristan Coetzee took four and five wickets respectively, extending their own winning run to four.
After going for a duck with the bat, Coetzee shone with the ball, breaking the 103 partnership of Gethin Thomas and Jonathan Byrd, to dismiss the latter for 53.
