WITH the scoreboard reading 87-0 and only 142 required, it would seem that all is wrapped up – but not for Pontblyddyn.
The threat of relegation does funny things to teams and that was certainly the case in north Wales last week as bottom side Connah’s Quay fought back to take nine wickets in a crucial basement battle.
