KEITH Robson might have retired two years ago but the Buttershaw St Paul’s player could not turn down the chance to play alongside daughter Sally this weekend.
In the Halifax Sunday League, St Paul’s thirds took the idea of a family affair to a whole new level with fatherson duos Craig and Nathan Bean, and James and Matthew Long joining the Robsons in a clash with Great Horton Park Chapel.
That was in-part due to St Paul’s being forced to play an understrength side, but Robson senior jumped at the opportunity to turn out once again.
