Shah’s still got it as title push builds at Welwyn

FORMER England international Owais Shah insists he is focused on helping Welwyn Garden City reclaim the Hertfordshire Premier League title, after he rolled back the years with a 169 on Saturday.
Despite rain delaying play for an hour, Shah and opening partner Louis Champion put on a partnership of 133 to guide their side to a 109-run victory over North Mimms.
The 40-year-old reached his total off just 150 balls to increase his season average to 74, but Shah insists he is more focused on the team’s success than his individual performance.
