Cheers! Aston Rowant are celebrating victory over Slough

ASTON Rowant skipper Josh Smith said he is happy to forego personal accolades as long as his side keeps winning, after falling four runs short of his first Home Counties century.
The captain led from the front as he hit 96 runs from 116 balls against Slough, before falling agonisingly short of his breakthrough ton after holing out off Muhammad Haroon. His score helped Aston post 225-6 from their 50 overs, with Fahim Qureshi’s 71 in response unable to save Slough from a 58-run defeat.
