Windies batsmen dug out by bowlers

THERE are clear frailties in West Indies’ batting, but their bowlers are firing ahead of the World Cup qualifiers.
With the qualifiers set to begin on Sunday in Zimbabwe, the warm-ups have thrown up some surprises. And the Windies, favourites to progress through to next summer’s World Cup, have struggled with the bat.
Having restricted Afghanistan to 163-9 from 35 overs in a rain-affected match, the boys from the Caribbean failed to get anywhere close, all out for 110. Dawlat Zadran picked up 4-26 for Afghanistan.
