NOTTINGHAMSHIRE have been hit by the new that James Pattinson is set to leave Trent Bridge ahead of schedule.
Pattinson had been due to stay until July but his spell now looks set to end earlier after he was called into the Australian A squad for their tour of England that begins on June 20.
Nottinghamshire’s director of cricket Mick Newell said: “I would have thought he’ll leave early.
He’s in one day and four day squads for Australia A. “When that one day group gets together will definitely be before he was meant to leave here.
