Anderson issues an Ashes war cry

JAMES Anderson says England have every chance of winning the Ashes in Australia at the end of the year – but only if they become more ruthless this summer.

Anderson will equal Sir Alastair Cook’s England record of 161 Test caps if he plays against New Zealand at Lord’s on Wednesday.
The two-match series against the Black Caps starts a run of seven Tests this summer, including anoth - er five against In - dia, that will help Joe Root’s team fine-tune their preparations for next winter’s Ashes Down Under.
