NOTTINGHAMSHIRE’S openers left Middlesex flailing in their wake as they sealed a spot at Finals Day for the third time in four years.
Chris Nash and Alex Hales made a mockery of chasing 160, romping home with ten wickets in hand and nearly four overs spare at a packed Trent Bridge.
It was a tale of redemption for Nash, 36, who clattered 74 in just his second T20 appearance in three years, having been injured last summer and out of favour in the format this season.
